判斷果醬濃稠方法:

  • 冷盤測試 – 將陶瓷或金屬碟放冰箱冷凍。測試時把少許果醬滴在碟上,待數秒後輕推果醬,如產生皺紋或可清楚劃出一條痕跡,表示果醬已凝結。
  • 煮至濃稠時可舀起少許果醬,如果醬隨果肉慢慢滑落,表示果醬已凝結。
