春天湯水 [雲苓茯神湯]

踏入春天,天氣乍暖還寒,有時還很潮濕,最適含飲些去水腫的湯水。這款湯水能益脾胃,有助去水腫,平常也可多飲用。

功效:健脾安神補氣

材料:

  • 雲苓                 30g
  • 淮山                 30g
  • 茯神                 30g
  • 黨參                 30g
  • 扁豆                 40g
  • 蜜棗                 40g
  • 豬展                 半斤

做法:

  1. 豬展飛水,湯料洗淨用暖水浸20分鐘。
  2. 加入適量清水加熱至水滾,將全部材料放入煲2小時。
