l’escargot bourguignon 法式焗田螺

情人節晚餐的頭盤有沙律配油醋汁和法式焗田螺。前天去City Super買了一盤12隻的田螺,已加了香草汁,只須放焗爐用180 °C 焗8分鐘即可。多了的香草汁可用麵包沾來吃也很美味。
