和風洋蔥炒豬肉

和風洋蔥炒豬肉

材料:

  • 薄切豬肉片      180g
  • 洋葱                 半個

調味料:

  • 薑蓉                 半湯匙
  • 蒜蓉                 1/4湯匙
  • 味醂                 半湯匙
  • 砂糖                 1-1/2湯匙
  • 醬油                 1-1/2湯匙

做法:

  1. 洋蔥切絲備用。
  2. 將豬肉炒至開始轉色,加入洋蔥炒至軟身,倒入調味料煮至汁收乾即成。
