This is a healthy dish which is good for this hot summer weather. It is also nice to make your own dressing as well with 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil,and half tablespoon each of sugar and oyster.
- 300g chicken breast
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- pinch salt & sugar
- 1 slice ginger
- sesame dressing
- white sesame
How to make
- Place chicken in a microwavable bowl, add water, cornstarch, salt, sugar, ginger and marinate for 15 minutes.
- While marinating the chicken, slice the cucumber.
- Place the chicken into the microwave and heat for few minutes until the chicken is just cooked. Leave it in the microwave for a few minutes.
- Take the chicken out and tear into pieces. Add cucumber and dressing. Garnish with white sesame.
