猴頭菇淮山螺片

功效:開胃消滯以及滋陰養顏的功效

材料

  • 2個 猴頭菇
  • 20g 淮山
  • 20g 海竹
  • 16g 沙參
  • 26g 螺片
  • 26g 腰果
  • 2粒 蜜棗

 

做法

 

  1. 將猴頭菇浸洗及汆水,去掉苦味後撕開備用。螺片浸軟。其他材料洗乾淨。
  2. 大火煲滾水後,加入全部材料,水再滾後轉慢火煲1.5小時,加鹽調味完成。
