甘酒大根漬

材料

  • 400g 大根
  • 1茶匙 鹽
  • 50ml 甘酒
  • 30g 鹽麹
  • 2湯匙 砂糖
  • 1茶匙 檸檬汁
  • 1/4茶匙 乾辣椒

做法

  1. 大根切成1.5cm條,加鹽輕擦至柔軟,放入冰箱冷藏20分鐘。
  2. 取出用水沖乾淨,輕輕搾去水份。
