There are many ways to eat figs and this is the simplest to serve as dessert.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200g mascarpone, or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey (plus more for serving)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- pistachios, toasted and chopped
- fresh figs
Mix the mascarpone, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract. Divide into 2 serving bowls, top with figs, honey and pistachios.
