春天湯水 [和中化濕湯]

春季的天氣反復,乍暖還寒,很易疲倦,因此要煲些去濕湯解濕。

材料:

  • 木棉花             5錢
  • 槐花                 4錢
  • 雞蛋花             5錢
  • 薏米                 1両
  • 炒扁豆             5錢
  • 陳                    1片
  • 瘦肉                 半斤

做法:

  1. 瘦肉拖水,其他材料洗淨,將所有材料放煲內加入適量水,先用大火煲滾,再轉小火煲2小時即成。
