蜆肉味噌湯 あさりの味噌汁

在City Super買了一包即食蜆肉,一包有15隻左右,不用預先處理,很方便。我買了細隻的用來做味噌湯很適合。



  • 1包                  蜆肉
  • 1-1/2湯匙         味噌



  1. 小鍋內加入300ml水煮至沸騰,加入蜆肉。當水再滾時加味噌加熱30秒熄火。
  2. 盛起,灑上蔥花裝飾。
