キュウリとシラの酢の物 青瓜白魚仔漬物

  • 1條      日本小青瓜
  • 80g       白飯魚
  • 3湯匙  醋
  • 1湯匙  砂糖
  • 半茶匙鹽


  1. 靑瓜切薄片,用鹽醃10分鐘,沖洗乾淨,用紙吸去水分。
  2. 將醋、砂糖和鹽拌勻,加入靑瓜片和白飯魚拌勻即可。
