ジャガイモとひき肉の炒め Beef and potato curry

材料

  • 3個 日本薯仔 (切丁)
  • 適量 青椒、紅椒或黃椒 (切丁)
  • 150g 免治牛肉
  • 鹽、黑胡椒
  • 蒜頭(磨茸)
  • 2茶匙garam masala
  • 1茶匙茴香粉
  • 80-100ml

 

  1. 將蒜頭炒香,加入牛肉和茴香炒勻。
  2. 加入薯仔炒至半透明,放入青和椒,加水,蓋好煮約5分鐘,加入garam masala、鹽、黑胡椒炒勻,薯仔熟透即可。
