This is a traditional recipe for yellowtail or hamachi in Japanese which takes very little time to prepare and cook.
3 fillets of yellowtail
2 tablespoons soysauce
2 tablespoons wine
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoons sugar
- Sprinkle the yellowtail fillets with cornstarch. Combine the sauce.
- Cook the fish fillets in a frying pan until browned on both sides. Pour the sauce over the fillets and cook until the sauce thickened and glossy.
