秋天湯水 [沙參麥冬北芪無花果湯]

天氣乾燥,很容易乾咳,煲這個湯滋潤一下,加入北芪更可補中益氣。

材料

  • 50g 沙參                       
  • 38g 玉竹
  • 20g 北芪                       
  • 38g 百合
  • 38g 麥冬
  • 38g蓮子           
  • 60g 無花果       

做法

將全部材料洗淨,放入鍋內,以中火煲1.5小時即可。
