New Year’s Eve dinner

北歐菜式在香港很少見,供應瑞典菜的餐廳更找不到,只有Ikea餐廳的快餐和售賣的冷凍食品,於是今年的大除夕晚餐便在家煮了幾款。由appetizer至甜品,什至飲品都是瑞典菜式,食材的品質要好,配合簡單的做法就可吃到新鮮的味道。

Appetizer: Saltbakad rödbeta (Salt baked beetroot), Kall inkokt kyckling med citron och rosmarin (Cold poached chicken with lemon and rosemary)

Main course: Torsk med pepparrot och brynt smör (Cod with horseradish and brown butter)

Dessert: Swedish almond cake

Drink: Hot mulled wine
