トマトサラダSummer tomato salad
The ingredients are simple, and it’s so tasty to add a few drops of good quality extra virgin olive oil. You can serve this as a side dish with anything.
- cherry tomatoes
- onion, minced
- extra virgin olive oil
- plum dressing
- Make an X on the bottom of the tomatoes and cook in boiling water for no more than a minute when the skin at the X mark begins to loosen. Take them out with a slotted spoon and transfer into a bowl filled with ice water. Now you can peel off the skin easily. Dice the tomatoes and put in a plate.
- Add the celery and onion to the tomatoes. Keep in the fridge. Add a few drops of olive oil and dressing before serving.
