Miso beef and bean sprout don

Quick and simple donburi (丼).

Ingredients

100g Bean sprout

100g ground beef

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon miso

1 tablespoon cooking wine

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon spicy bean paste

 

Instructions

  1. Add ginger in a frying pan. When it is fragrant, add the beef and stir fry.
  2. When the meat is half cooked, add miso, wine, sugar and bean paste. Stir to combine.
  3. Add bean sprout and stir fry until cooked. Serve over rice.
